Overview: Compliance training doesn't have to feel like a wall of legal text. Insider Trading and Tipping transforms an intimidating and complex compliance topic into an engaging, approachable learning experience. Built in Storyline with custom Camtasia video segments, realistic scenarios, and interactive knowledge checks, the course helps employees confidently recognize material, nonpublic information and avoid costly mistakes. It demonstrates my approach to simplifying dense policy content without sacrificing accuracy or learner engagement.

Authoring Tools: Rise

Target Audience: Bureau of Public Aesthetics employees

Overview: Learning new software shouldn't require deciphering a manual. This Rise course guides learners through Dropbox tasks using clean visual design, concise instruction, and practical, step-by-step activities. Created for a fictional government agency, it demonstrates my ability to build polished technical training that's approachable, easy to follow, and genuinely enjoyable to complete. It showcases my approach to creating technical training that's organized, engaging, and immediately applicable.

Overview: Accessibility isn't something I tack on at the end of a project. It's part of how I design from the start. This Storyline course teaches developers how to create accessible e-learning in Articulate Storyline while demonstrating those same principles through learner-controlled preferences, closed captions, keyboard-friendly navigation, and thoughtful interaction design. It showcases not only Storyline's accessibility features, but also my commitment to designing learning that's usable, inclusive, and flexible for everyone.
