A companion document to an e-learning course to train an entire workforce how to avoid insider trading and tipping, this job aid provided employees subject to the company's stock trading blackout periods with a quick reference they could save or print. By separating this specialized content from the required e-learning course, I also kept the training streamlined for thousands of employees to whom the policy did not apply.

Fraud cases are uncommon enough that specialists often couldn't recall the correct workflow from memory. When a request for training assistance landed on my desk, I designed this quick-reference job aid to help employees identify and initiate the appropriate fraud process based on the situation — reducing errors and making it easier to take the right action when time mattered.

To create a more consistent transition from Sales Representative to Account Executive, I designed this step-by-step process guide for client handoff meetings. The visual workflow reference helped employees confidently navigate each stage of the conversation, improving consistency and supporting a smoother experience for both internal teams and new clients. I designed this folder to organize a suite of FAFSA outreach resources into a cohesive toolkit for counselors and educators. The organized format made it easy to access, distribute, and use the right resource at the right time — helping to ensure Oklahoma students had access to financial aid.

I created a series of grade-specific checklists to help students and families navigate the path toward college one step at a time. By breaking a complex, multi-year process into clear, actionable milestones, these guides made long-term planning more approachable and helped students stay on track.
